These terms and conditions govern your use of Grantscom (grantscom.com and grantscom.co.uk) and your purchase of access to our grant and tender discovery platform. By creating an account or purchasing you agree to these terms in full.
Grantscom is a trading name operated as a business based in England. We provide a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates and matches government grants, tenders, and funding opportunities for UK and US businesses. Contact: hello@grantscom.com
Grantscom provides a platform that searches, aggregates, and presents government grants, tenders, contracts, and funding opportunities sourced from official UK and US government databases. Our platform uses AI to match and score opportunities against your business profile.
Access to the full platform is provided for 12 months upon successful payment. A limited preview of available opportunities is provided free of charge.
Plans and pricing are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in GBP or USD depending on your location and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. The price you pay covers your full 12 months of access.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. The Growth plan is a single payment for 12 months of full access. Your plan does not renew automatically. We will email you a reminder before your access ends, and you can choose to buy a further 12 months at that time.
Your access runs for 12 months from the date of payment and ends automatically at the end of that period, when your account returns to the free plan. Anything you saved or created during your access remains in your account. There is no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
We will email you a reminder before your access ends so you can choose to renew. If you buy a further 12 months before your access ends, the new period is added to the end of your current access.
Grantscom aggregates opportunity data from official government sources and third-party databases. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and currency of listings, we cannot guarantee that every opportunity displayed is currently open, accurate, or applicable to your business. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility and closing dates directly with the funding body before applying.

Match scores and AI-generated summaries are provided as a guide only. All platform software, AI models, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Grantscom. Underlying opportunity data sourced from government databases remains the property of the respective government bodies and is subject to their open data licences. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our platform content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grantscom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss arising from missed opportunities, inaccurate listings, or unsuccessful applications. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you for your current period of access.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers with active access of material changes by email. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are notified constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
